After speaking with Dr. Mark Rosekind, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's new Administrator, Deutsche Bank believes the U.S. is about to adopt a more proactive stance on active safety technologies like Forward Crash Avoidance and Mitigation Systems. It thinks FCAM growth is likely to exceed its prior assumptions, providing upside potential for Mobileye (MBLY) and possibly Delphi Automotive (DLPH) and Autoliv (ALV). Deutsche raised its price target for Mobileye shares to $55 from $53 and keeps a Buy rating on the name.

Mercury Systems announced it received a $2.4M order from a leading defense prime contractor to upgrade the radar processor subsystem capabilities for a missile defense application. The order was booked in the Company's fiscal 2015 third quarter and is expected to be shipped over the next several quarters. "Mercury's long-term relationship with this prime contractor exemplifies our commitment to extending customer success over the entire life of a defense program and our ability to deliver critically important upgrades years after initial deployments," said Didier Thibaud, President of Mercury's Commercial Electronics business unit. "Our rugged, high performance radar subsystems and rapid deployment services provide significant portability and performance in an affordable open systems architecture for our customer."
