Alaska reported a 5.1% increase in traffic on a 5% increase in capacity compared with September 2011. This resulted in a 0.1-point increase in load factor to a September record of 84%. Alaska also reported 89.6% of its flights arrived on time in September, compared with the 91.7 percent reported in September 2011. Horizon reported a 4.3% increase in September traffic on a 7.9% increase in capacity compared with September 2011. This resulted in a 2.6-point decrease in load factor to 76.7%. Horizon also reported a record 94% of its flights arrived on time in September, compared with the 92.6 percent reported in September 2011. | |
