Alon USA Partners announced that its board declared a prorated distribution of 57c per unit for the period following the closing of the IPO through December 31, payable in cash on March 1 to common unitholders of record at the close of business on February 22. If the cash distribution was for the entire three months ended December 31, then the cash distribution would have been $1.92 per unit. | |
