Sherman intends to actively assess and, where possible, in light of any applicable legal limitations, to engage with management and the Special Committee about the options and opportunities available to Alico with a view to maximizing the value of its unique real estate, citrus and other natural resource assets and efficiently using Alico's significant tax loss carry forwards. These actions are in light of Atlantic Blue Group's plans. | |
