Alliance Holdings GP, L.P. announced that the Board of Directors of its general partner declared a quarterly cash distribution for the quarter ended December 31, 2012 of 74c per unit, or an annualized rate of $2.96 per unit. The declared distribution will be paid on February 19 to AHGP’s unitholders of record as of the close of trading on February 12. The announced quarterly cash distribution represents a 16.1% increase over the $0.6375 per unit distribution for the quarter ended December 31, 2011 and an increase of 2.8% over the third quarter 2012 distribution of 72c per unit. | |
