Aeterna Zentaris announced that the previously disclosed purported class action lawsuit filed against the company and certain of its officers by Faruqi & Faruqi LLP in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York has been entirely dismissed with prejudice and without leave to amend. No payment was made by any of the Defendants to the plaintiff or his counsel in connection with the lawsuit. The plaintiff has 30 days from the docketing of the final judgment to file a notice of appeal, if he determines to do so. | |
