This patent license agreement settles the patent infringement case brought by ActivIdentity before the U.S. District Court of Northern California, and a related case brought by Intercede in the United Kingdom High Court. Details of the license agreement are confidential. Based on this agreement, all lawsuits over the "360 patents" will be promptly dismissed, bringing an end to all patent infringement litigation between the two companies.
