AECOM Technology awarded $1.8B design contract for Edmonton ring road AECOM Technology was awarded a design contract for the final leg of Anthony Henday Drive in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The Alberta government signed a 34-year public-private partnership contract with the Capital City Link General Partnership to design, build, operate and partially finance the highway project. The contract is worth $1.8B. AECOM is the lead designer for the Flatiron-Dragados-Aecon-Lafarge design-build joint venture company.
