ACE Ltd. to acquire ABA Seguros ACE Limited announced that it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire ABA Seguros in Mexico from Ally Financial for approximately $865M in cash. The transaction is expected to be completed during the first half of 2013 and is subject to regulatory approvals.
