ACETO Corporation announced that Rising Pharmaceuticals Inc., its finished dosage form generics subsidiary, will launch the first generic version of the 125mg and 250mg strengths of Ultramicrosize Griseofulvin Tablets USP, an FDA approved generic version of PEDiNOL Pharmacal, Inc.'s Gris-PEG(R). According to IMS Health data, U.S. market sales for Ultramicrosize Griseofulvin Tablets, which is an antifungal antibiotic that fights infections caused by fungus, were approximately $16.7M for the twelve months ended June 30. | |
