Abaxis announced that its board declared a special cash dividend of $1.00 per share on its outstanding common stock. The dividend will be payable on December 28 to all shareholders of record at the close of business on December 17. The total special cash dividend payout is expected to be approximately $22M, based upon the current shares outstanding. |
