Stock futures continue to trade slightly lower ahead of the week’s broader market trading. With little economic data scheduled to be released, investors will be looking for news on the fiscal cliff negotiations. Nothing is expected to happen anytime soon, as many feel the deal will be made much closer to the deadline. Meanwhile, the earnings season will kick off tomorrow night with the release of earnings from Alcoa (AA), and investors may be content to sit on the sidelines while they gauge the tone of the earnings reports. | |
