Hong Kong Telecommunications has filed a complaint over Apple's (AAPL) policy of limiting operation of the iPhone 5 with certain Hong Kong carriers, reports Apple Insider. The complaint says that consumers may be surprised to find that their choice of mobile service provider is dictated by Apple and is asking the court to issue directive to the company to remove the SIM-lock.
