Stocks are poised to finish the week little changed after the vast majority of Greek bondholders decided to accept the country's debt swap and the February nonfarm payroll report surpassed expectations, but fears about high oil prices and Greece's long-term outlook remained intact. MACRO NEWS: Investors holding more than 95% of eligible Greek bonds elected to accept Greece's debt swap offer enabling the exchange to occur. As a result, euro zone finance ministers agreed to award Greece EUR35.5B of new bailout funds...U.S. employers added more nonfarm jobs than expected in February, the government reported...Oil prices stabilized this week but remained at elevated levels. COMPANY NEWS: Apple (AAPL) announced the newest version of its iPad. The tablets will include new retina displays and 4G capability. The device will become available on Friday, March 16...Music streaming service Pandora (P) tumbled after the company reported weaker than expected results...Also underperforming was Green Mountain Coffee Roasters (GMCR), which slid after Starbucks (SBUX) announced that it would begin selling a single-cup espresso coffee maker.

Wells Fargo increased its price target on Pandora after the company reported higher than expected Q1 revenue and raised its full-year EPS guidance. After Bloomberg, citing "people familiar with the matter," said Google (GOOG) is considering a bid for map and traffic app maker Waze, TechCrunch countered that multiple credible sources it contacted "have poured cold water on the Google rumor." Facebook (FB) and Apple (AAPL) have previously been suggested as expressing interest in Waze, but the Bloomberg report said Apple was not among the "large tech companies” that have recently approached Waze, TechCrunch noted.
