News Breaks | | | | January 18, 2013 | | 07:46 EDT |  | AAPL, INTC, GOOG | Internal emails key to Apple, Google hiring case, Reuters reports Internal company emails show that executives at tech companies such as Apple (AAPL) and Google (GOOG) believed that an agreement to not hire each other's workers would bring real financial benefits, says U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh, reports Reuters. Five former employees from different tech companies filed a civil lawsuit against Apple, Google, Intel (INTC) and others, alleging an illegal conspiracy to eliminate competition for each other's employees.
